Select Security have been providing us with their services for approximately 3 years. They have always gone around their business in an organised professional manner. We have 24 hour operation here and the need for security every hour of the day, seven days a week is essential. The guards have always been polite and courteous especially during the day when customers and members of the public are on site. If ever we need anything doing with regards securing the premises, or have any problems or concerns, the matter is dealt with quickly and efficiently. The amount of thefts from our premises have been greatly reduced since Select Security took over the contract. Select Security provides a comprehensive support service to Eurest Facilities Management at BASF, Seal Sands. Although Select Security are not the main provider of security personnel on site, they have always shown the ability to support the existing security team in the event of high security alerts, shutdowns and additional support labour, as and when required. They have the ability to react to emergency situations in a professional, efficient manner, providing a high caliber of trained security officers to meet site requirements. Supreme Home and Fashion Wares is a retail outlet, selling high fashion clothing and goods for the home. We have a considerable amount of customers visiting our shop every day, but unfortunately, there is the minority of customers who are wishing to obtain merchandise without actually paying for it! We tried other security companies but were not satisfied with the arrangements. We have for almost 4 years, used Select Security, and have always found them to be efficient and reliable, the guards are vigilant but also courteous towards our customers. We are pleased to say that the level of attempted shop lifting has reduced dramatically, and the few that do attempt to steal from the shop are usually caught before leaving the car park.
